Reaching Our Partners

​We aim to partner with Continuum of Care Agencies, Transitional Housing, Rapid Re-housing programs, IOP Centers, Parole/Probation Courts, Homeless Shelters, and Substance Use Disorder Case Managers. Our goal is to establish a strong referral network to ensure our homes are filled with individuals who can benefit from our supportive environment. We offer a safe place to land and operate with the utmost integrity.
